Prices are based on 1 staff to 5 members ratio. For members who require more assistance (Example: 1 staff to 1 member) the price will be higher. Full payment is due 90 days before departure for all cruises. Full payment is due 60 days before departure for all other overnight trips. To reserve your place on any overnight trip a deposit of 10% is required. A passport book is required on any international flight. A passport card or book is required on any cruise. Prices and dates are approximate and may vary due to circumstances beyond our control. Itinerary is also subject to change. When a flight is included as part of a trip the price will include air fare from a designated airport that will be listed on the flier or web page. Trip cancellation penalties are as follows: 46-90 days: 25%. 39-45 days: 50% 30-38 days: 75% 0-29 days: 100% Trip cancellation insurance is included on all Carnival cruises and any domestic or international flight. Each member will receive a packing list and itinerary before each overnight trip listing what to bring, suggestions on what to wear and details on what we will be doing. All prices are based on 2 people per room in hotels and 2 or 3 people in cabins that are designed for that number on board ship. Each traveler gets their own sleeping accommodation. It could be a single or double bed. If we need to have 3 or 4 members in one room then we will get a suite that is designed to accompany that number of people. We can also request adjoining rooms with an inner door if they are available and needed. On a cruise ship or hotel we always book rooms or cabins right next to each other whenever possible. We place our tour staff in the middle room or cabin in the group. Many of our members live a very regimented lifestyle. While on vacation if someone wants to dance the night away or get up early in the morning that is fine with us. We want everyone to have a great time. We expect our members to have a really good time but we also expect everyone to behave in an appropriate manner. Anyone who purposely puts themselves or their fellow travelers and tour staff into an unsafe situation will have their membership terminated. All of our members receive a DVD with video and photos from their trip. Photo CD's are also available at no charge. Our excursions are priced on a staff to member ratio of 1 to 5. If a member requires more supervision or help (Example: 1 staff to 1 member) the price of that trip will be higher.
